New this plan year

The first place to turn. The last place you'll need.

You told your employer you need affordable healthcare that is simple to use.

They listened, and added a path with lower out-of-pocket costs and no portals, directories, apps or shopping around. It is called UnlockHealth, and that is us.

The whole thing, in two moves

Take the card. Text the number.

In your wallet

Take the card

with you and use it first to pay for healthcare. No app. No logins. No shopping. No forms. No surprise bills.

The UnlockHealth card, a Visa card issued through your health plan

Hand it over in any care location.

The emergency room

If it is an emergency, go. Right now. Hand the card over at registration and it pays your ER copay, the part they ask you for at the desk. Text us when you can, from the waiting room or the next morning, and we settle what comes after.

Urgent care and walk-in clinics

Text first if you have five minutes. We will usually find you somewhere better, closer, or cheaper to you. If you are already sitting there, Pay the copay with the card anyway.

Your own doctor, and anything they send you for

Imaging, labs, physical therapy, a specialist. Text us before you book it. The card will save you the most.

On the back of the card

Text the number

on the back of the card and we will find you great care by your quality, convenience and lowest out-of-pocket cost preferences — no matter what time it is.

Text before you go if you have time, from the waiting room if you do not, or afterward if it all happened too fast. It still works.

Ordinary stuff. Not just the scary stuff.

Ear infection? UTI? Migraine? Mammogram? Sprained wrist? Text us. We'll handle it.

How it plays out

Four stories.

All this, because your company listened to you.

Fair questions

So what's the catch?

Did something get taken away to pay for this?
No. UnlockHealth sits on top of the plan you already have. Your card, your doctors and your coverage are unchanged. This is an added option, and using it is your choice every single time.
Do I have to use who you tell me to?
No. We show you options and what each one costs you. You choose. If you want to stay with the doctor you already have, say so and we will work with that.
What if it's an emergency?
Go. Call 911 or get to the emergency room. Never wait on a text message when it is serious.
Take the card with you and hand it over at registration. Text us when you can, from the waiting room, from the car afterward, or the next morning. The card works at the ER the same as anywhere else, and we pick up the billing from wherever you left off.
What if I forget to text and just go?
Show the card and text us afterward. Texting first gets you a better option and a lower cost, so it is worth the five minutes when you have them. But forgetting does not cost you the benefit.
Who sees what I text?
Your employer does not see your messages, your symptoms, or which doctors you see. They see total plan spending, the same as they always have.
What does using it cost me?
Nothing to ask, ever. Your out-of-pocket cost, meaning the part that comes out of your own money, is the lowest this plan has ever offered. The specific amounts are in your enrollment packet.

Still not sure? Text us the question.

Two minutes, once

Do both of these today, not at 2am.

Twenty seconds now is the difference between having us and hunting for us.

Put the number in your phone

Save it as UnlockHealth, so you can find it when the card is in the other room and you are not thinking straight.

Put the card in your wallet

Behind your license, and leave it there. The number is on the back of it, so the card alone is enough to reach us.
